What We NEVER Store
- No Customer Document Storage: PDF, Word, or image files uploaded by customers are processed purely in local RAM and discarded upon spooling.
- No Walk-in Contact Scraping: We do not log, harvest, or resell walk-in customer mobile numbers or Aadhaar/PAN cards.
- No Middleman Fund Escrow: 100% of customer UPI payments route straight to your shop VPA without passing through msdd.in accounts.
What We Collect
- Shopkeeper Account Details: Shop Name, Operator Name, Verified Email, and Contact Phone for license administration.
- Counter Hardware Telemetry: Machine GUID and Windows OS version strictly to enforce printer-node seat binding.
- Print Job Tallies: Anonymized numeric counters (e.g. pages printed, B&W vs Color) for owner revenue accounting.
